Our Helen Thirza Addyman Lecture for 2021 is by Dr Alexandra Sanmark of the University of the Highlands and Islands, who will discuss the results of a recent project which discovered a significant Norse waterway through the West Mainland of Orkney.
This is a recording of a livestreamed lecture, as part of That JORVIK Viking Thing. recorded on 17.02.21.
Due to popular demand, we have decided to make recordings of our events available to watch afterwards, but in order to sell tickets we have to have the event on a specific date. Therefore the event is listed as 27th February at 12.00 on the booking system, but the recording will be available to watch anytime from the time of purchase until 6.00pm on 27.02.21.
