Please read this information before placing a booking:

• JORVIK Viking Centre is now pre-booking only (time slots are every 20 minutes Monday to Friday, and every 15 minutes on Saturdays and Sundays. School holidays may vary).
• Please arrive 10mins prior to your booked time slot
• There will be signs to show you where to queue when you arrive
• Your ticket will be scanned when you're in the queue so please have it ready
• If you're a York Pass holder or have a Tesco code please make a member of the team aware and they will take you to the admissions desk.
• If anyone in your party uses a wheelchair, please do not book online, please call 01904 615505.
• Please note, we do not sell on third party sites - the only place to book your JORVIK Viking Centre tickets is here on our website.

• Free admission for 12 months is included in your ticket (for those on your original booking only)
• Tickets are non transferable so please bring ID for return visits
• If you have selected tickets with a discount or voucher, you must bring the relevant vouchers or proof of eligibility for the discount
