This York Fashion Week JORVIK Viking Centre opens after hours for an exclusive tour all about Viking clothing, textiles and jewellery. See live crafting demos, walk around our immersive set and get up close with the stylish inhabitants of Coppergate. You'll also listen to a talk about Viking combs, jewellery, and the Herefordshire Hoard (plus much more!) whilst handling replica items.
If you or someone in your party uses a wheelchair or mobility scooter, please call our Reservations team (01904 615505, open 9am-5pm daily) to make your booking, as we can only accommodate one wheelchair user in the building at a time due to fire safety regulations.
Due to the uneven floors and steep drops on the ride set, this part of the event is not accessible for wheelchair users. If you have questions or concerns please get in touch before booking.
